What are the ways of demagnetization of powerful magnets?

After the vibration operation, the internal structure of the magnet is changed, thus changing the physics of the magnet. Generally speaking, this demagnetization method has little effect and can only be used temporarily with a small amount of demagnetization.

3. Magnet AC demagnetization method:

This way of demagnetization is to put the magnet into the space that can generate the AC magnetic field. After the interference of the AC magnetic field, the internal structure of the magnet will be disturbed, so that the demagnetization effect can be achieved. This method is a common demagnetization method.

The above three methods are effective for demagnetization of powerful magnets, but usually we still prefer AC demagnetization method to high temperature demagnetization method and vibration demagnetization method, which has good demagnetization efficiency and is the most widely used method in industrial production at present.
